Your grief literacy guru

Hi, I’m Lou, Certified Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Grief Edu-Therapist.

From my own lived experience of profound loss & grief, I now champion a more grief literate society so we can ALL learn how to navigate that most complex human emotion.

Having turned the most painful chapter of my life into a mission for change, I’m passionate about bringing conversations around grief & loss into the open, so no one has to go through it alone and unsupported, simply because it’s not something we are comfortable discussing.

  • I wanted to say thank you. My friend's husband died last weekend and I took on board your advice and made different decisions which I hope have helped her. My messages and actions since have been different because I've heard what you've said. So thank you, I didn't shy away because I didn't know what to do or because it felt uncomfortable and that was down to you. You have made a difference"

  • "Lou's talk was one of the most moving and powerful talks I've ever experienced. She shared her story of loss with such raw honesty, deep emotion and strength that it connected with every single person in the room. It was sad, yes but also uplifting, inspiring and a true testament to the human spirit. I can't recommend her enough as a speaker. Everyone needs to hear this"
